In our business, we are continually receiving new note listings. They range anywhere from $20 thousand to $10 million or so. We try to limit what we accept for notes with 7% interest or better with some seasoning. We also prescreen all of the information on the notes we get and try to make sure that we have all of the necessary documents in place to supply so we do not waste our buyer's time.

The majority of the notes we get from courthouse listings, so these notes are not being shopped all over the internet. Our notes are not listed with any note listing services. If you are interested in buying notes, please inform us if you have a specific type of note you are interested in so we can keep you abreast of any new listings in your area of interest.
